It seems very difficult to find sample reports built for SSRS 2008 to leverage the new features, wondering if you can point out some resources, same thing with sample project on SSAS.

I don't have any good news to you besides the tutorials and documentation in BOL. The product is constantly changing on the glorious road to RTM so even if there are report samples, they will may get quickly outdated when the next build ships.
