Downloading the book to implement RDCE

I have bought the book but cannot download the ZIP souce code as it is password protected.  What's the password pls?

I have downloaded the folder yet i cannot find the files Prologica.RS.Extensibility.CustomSecurityExtension.dll and Prologica.RS.Extensibility.CustomSecurityExtension.pdb. please tell me where to find them.

In 19.2.5 two DLLs have been mentioned :

1 - Prologika.CustomSecurityExtension.dll to deploy to report server

And

2 - Prologika.RS.Extensibility.CustomSecurityExtension.dll to deploy to report manager

Building security extension generates first one .

So are these DLLs actually one  ?

If not how to get the second one ?
