1) is this update the same as sql server R2, if not wich one should I install

2) has this issue been addressed in any of the updates?
Note (7/15/09): There is a known issue that RB2ClickOnce.msi fails to install on x64 environment. Microsoft should fix this in Cummulative Update 3 for SQL Server 2008 Service Pack 1.
