Thanks for the post – interesting reading. Im currently working on a project where we want to create some business oriented cubes but the demand for security is high. As I understand its not possible to set any DAX expression filter in a OLS defined role, true? Its only possible to hide/secure tables and columns. How can i solve a simple challenge like that users should only see their own department data and for most of the users a column with salary details must be hidden as well. How can i solve this if i cant combine OLS and RLS?

Is it true that i can only hide/secure tables and columns with OLS? There is no way to restrict access to specific rows with OLS?
