In this case, SSRS and SSAS were used to get data from Oracle. Any success with a faster provider for SSRS and SSAS?

Anyway be aware that Kerberos with constrained delegation is not working on 11g even the specification says something else. We are going to test it with new client version 12 this week so I will keep you posted.
