Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your registration within 15 (or more days) advance notice in writing before the class start date. If you request a refund, a $200 processing fee will be subtracted from the refund. No refunds will be given to registrants who cancel within 15 days of the class start date, or who don’t attend the class for whatever reason. You can always substitute other attendees for paid registrants at any time upon a written notice. If Prologika cancels the class for whatever reason, we’ll issue a full refund to all paid registrants. Besides the registration fee, Prologika will refund no other expenses, including travel expenses and hotel reservations.
